Patients must be 21 years or older to purchase medical cannabis products in Mississippi. If you’re under the age of 21 you must have a parent or guardian present.
THC Content Compliance
All hemp-derived products sold must contain less than 0.3% THC, as per the 2018 Farm Bill and Mississippi state law.

Who can purchase medical cannabis in Mississippi?
Only patients with a valid Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program (MMCP) card issued by the Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) can legally purchase medical cannabis. You’ll need to be certified by a licensed medical provider and registered with the state before you can shop at any dispensary.

Can I use a credit or debit card to make purchases?
Due to federal banking restrictions, most dispensaries in Mississippi operate on a cash-only basis. However, we also offer an ATM on-site for your convenience. If ordering online you can use your credit/debit card through Dutchie Pay.
