Patients must be 21 years or older to purchase medical cannabis products in Mississippi. If you’re under the age of 21 you must have a parent or guardian present.

THC Content Compliance

All hemp-derived products sold must contain less than 0.3% THC, as per the 2018 Farm Bill and Mississippi state law.

Who can purchase medical cannabis in Mississippi?

Only patients with a valid Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program (MMCP) card issued by the Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) can legally purchase medical cannabis. You’ll need to be certified by a licensed medical provider and registered with the state before you can shop at any dispensary.

What medical conditions qualify for a medical cannabis card?

Mississippi law allows medical cannabis for a variety of conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders

Can I use a credit or debit card to make purchases?

Due to federal banking restrictions, most dispensaries in Mississippi operate on a cash-only basis. However, we also offer an ATM on-site for your convenience. If ordering online you can use your credit/debit card through Dutchie Pay.

Can I use my Mississippi medical cannabis card in other states?

Mississippi’s medical cannabis card is only valid within the state. While some states offer limited reciprocity for out-of-state patients, it’s important to check local laws before attempting to purchase or possess cannabis in another state.
